
Rebrand
Jolyn is a swimsuit company based out of Huntington Beach,
California, that excels in funky, fun swimwear for athletes and
swimming enthusiasts. The brand can be found at swimmeets
for elite level athletes to summer swim program events. The
brand chosen for an ArtCenter rebrand project, the ideas and
concepts below illustrate the new look, feel, and overall
rebranding process for the Jolyn Brand.
Logo Variations
The original Jolyn logo is circular in shape with button-like qualities. Aspiring to make the logo more relatable to the water-like nature of the brand, the new Jolyn logo is very uniform and structured–much like the athletes wearing the brand. The final logo mimcs a puddle of
water, stamped with the bold, newly defined Jolyn logo. Less playful in nature, and more intense in overall design feel to genearte a more competitive feel for the brand.

in an incredible company that has the ability to match some of its strongest competitors. With nearly unbeatable quality material, the new line of JOLT swimwear is designed to encompass the fun, playful nature of Jolyn, while taking on a serious side.










The Jolyn rebrand promotional video follows the journey of Jocelyn, a Division 1 swimmer whose day starts and ends in the pool. Her experience with the Jolyn brand is highlighted from the start of her day at 5:30 a.m. in the pool to the conclusion of
her second practice. Upbeat and lively in nature, the beat of the music and content provide motivation for the consumer to look further into Jolyn’s rebranded approach.
